My goals. My rules.

I spent 13+ years in large pharmaceutical companies and learned an enormous amount. But at some point you realise: the constraints of a large organisation don't suit everyone. I prefer to think across boundaries, decide directly, and build things myself.

With benXmart, I do exactly that. I bring the full strategic know-how — plus AI as a tool that has fundamentally changed execution speed. What used to take weeks now takes days.

Strategic repositioning

Full repositioning process for pharmaceutical products: market research, stakeholder workshops, claim development, agency briefing, campaign execution in a regulated environment. COMPRIX Finalist 2019. The competition later copied the campaign style.

International event marketing

Trade fair strategy for Europe's largest industry exhibition: concept-driven approach for maximum brand presence. Result: lead generation +400% above target.

Digital in healthcare — early

Development of an interactive patient video app for HCP use — digital storytelling in the physician consultation, at a time when this was still the exception in pharma. 2014.

Personal project · 2026

ElternHelp App — from zero to market

Complete development of an app for coordinating parents — built entirely with AI (Claude, Claude Code). From product idea through positioning, branding guidelines and social media strategy to server setup and app deployment.

Personal project with social purpose: reducing the burden on families, particularly women. Shows what's possible today with AI and marketing expertise in a short time.

AI as a tool — not a buzzword.

What AI changes

Developing positionings, building competitive analyses, structuring briefings, elaborating content — all of this used to take weeks. Today, high-quality results emerge in days. This is not an exaggeration. This is my daily experience.

What AI doesn't replace

Strategic judgement. The ability to ask the right questions. The knowledge of which answers are sound and which are not. The experience of how a market, a competitor, a decision-maker actually works. That is exactly what I bring.

A few words outside of consulting.

I was born in Berlin in 1984 and now live in Hamburg with my wife and our two children. If you want to understand me better: I run — long and often. Endurance is not a coincidence. I listen to classical music and jazz, not because it sounds refined, but because I find structure and improvisation genuinely fascinating. Both show up in my work somehow.

Marketing has never been just a job for me — it is the attempt to reduce complexity and create relevance. With AI, that happens faster and better than ever before.
